Behr Paint "Pins to Palettes" - select your favorite Pintrest boards, then your favorite images (up to six) and Pins to Palettes will create a custom color palette based on your pins.

John K Color Theory - guy who does Ren and Stimpy cartoons
Colormind - AI color tool. You can upload a photo, and it will give you a color palette for it.
Pantone - color standardizing service. Look up their color of the year and palettes to check out how they talk about color and link emotion and attitude and color.
PPG paint color trends and color info explains emotional associations of various color palettes.
